The flight and service was great

The flight and service was great.  The pilots were very nice and helpful during boarding, flight and deboarding the plane.  Only complaint we would have is that the plane had very strong smell of cigarette and cigar smoke.  Strong enough we had some of that smell on our clothes after the flight.  Thanks Jeff Sent from my iPhone

The flight was uneventful which is, of course, what one would want

How was the flight overall? The flight was uneventful which is, of course, what one would want. How was the operator and pilot? The pilots were professional and competent.  We were informed that is may be necessary to land in Las Vegas due to weather at SNA which would necessitate additional fuel in case we had to divert.  During the flight, he pilots determined were able to fly directly to SNA and kept us informed along the underway. Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Yes. How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? There were some hiccups.  There seemed to be a lack of  communication between Jettly and the operator. Early on the process, the operator cancelled the flight (reason unknown) and the Jettly staff was unaware of this.  Also, the operator contacted me directly stating that due to pilot issues our flight could not be done at 11:00 but they offered another similar plane to take us on the same day but at 17:30 rather than 11:00,  The Jettly staff was again totally unaware of this change when I informed them. Also the operator contacted me directly about payment and later Jettly staff asked how I was going to handle payment. Communication could certainly be improved. Would you recommend us to a friend? Yes Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? I recently cancelled my monthly membership, but this was due solely because I will be out of the country for an indefinite period. I plan to renew when I return.

The initial quote process was very prompt and helped me to make a decision

Thanks for reaching out. The initial quote process was very prompt and helped me to make a decision. I would say subsequent activities were a bit "clunky".  We had to provide our passports and baggage weights twice - once back in September and again in December shortly before the trip.  When I asked about this I was told they had not previously asked/received them but I had in fact sent them and still have the emails.  The supplemental Jettly services seemed to be a bit disjointed.  I went on the site and placed a food order and paid for Jettly eats only to receive a higher invoice later.  That is fine but would like to know the total cost of food and pay up front or just take an initial order and then send bill/pay later.  Seems odd to have to pay on two occasions. Also, just before leaving I asked the pilot about the food order and he didn't seem to have any awareness. We were able to find the food at the FBO and it was loaded on but had I not asked we would have taken off without it. The other challenge was the car service. We requested a black car service.  Apparently Jettly outsourced this to the true carrier, in this case FLYGTA. I received quotes and confirmation for a blackcar from Jettly but when I called FLYGTA to confirm the trip and payment process for wiring they informed me they could not secure a blackcar but had instead secured a shuttle. The shuttle was fine but even the last confirmation trip sheet I received from Jettly still showed the blackcar name.  Had I not called the carrier this would have been confusing and frustrating upon landing. Regarding payment. I would prefer to just pay Jettly and Jettly pay the carrier. I went to the bank to wire money and they needed more information for wiring (something I don't do that often) which then required me to reach out to the carrier and request additional wiring instructions.  The more I interact with the carrier directly the less I wonder if I should just secure a subsequent trip directly with them vs. Jettly. Another issue was the jet did not have wifi. I cannot find proof but swear one of the requirements I looked at was on-board wifi.  Seems odd regardless this would not have been standard on the Citation Bravo. So, to reiterate, the initial information on jet options went well but subsequent interaction/service did not go as smooth as I would have expected.
