Member Interface Agreement

This Member Interface Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Jettly platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Interface”), provided by Jettly Inc. (“Jettly”, “we”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Purpose of the Interface

‍

The Jettly Interface is provided to enable members to browse available aircraft, request flights, manage bookings, view account information, and access services offered under their Jettly membership.

‍

2. User Access and Responsibility

‍

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Interface for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any actions taken under your account are deemed authorized unless reported otherwise.

3. Acceptable Use

‍

You agree not to:

• Use the Interface for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or hack any part of the Interface.
• Interfere with the performance, security, or integrity of the platform or its data.
• Share, sell, or sublicense access to your account.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All technology, content, branding, and intellectual property within the Interface remain the sole property of Jettly or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly outlined in this Agreement.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

‍

Your use of the Interface is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Interface, you consent to our handling of your data as described therein.

6. Platform Availability

‍

We aim to provide reliable access to the Interface. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur without notice.

7. Termination of Access

‍

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Interface at any time, with or without cause. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us directly.

‍

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

‍

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Interface will be secure, available, or free of defects.

‍

9. Limitation of Liability

‍

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jettly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Interface.

10. Changes to This Agreement

‍

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Interface after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

‍

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
