SURVEY RESPONSE: You recently booked a flight with Jettly and I would like to know your feedback. How was the flight overall? Other than the outbound flight issue, the trip could not have gone any better. How was the operator and pilot? Exceptional Did the aircraft meet your expectations? First time ever to fly a Lear 60, and we were very impressed. How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? Still have the issue with the difference between the estimates and the firm quote.  Only way I know to describe it is a bait and switch. Would you recommend us to a friend?  Likely Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? Going to try to! Your feedback is very important to me and if there is anything we could have done better, I want to know about it. This is my personal email address and I read each and every reply. This is the first flight out of three that we have used Jettly.  The other two, Fly 1200 was substantially less comparing like aircraft.  Your staff is exceptional, and I really liked working with them, but it comes down to cost. Good morning, Our flight was great.  Our pilots were awesome, the stewardess was excellent and kind.  We couldn't be happier.  We have 2 elderly dogs and had to get home from the Florida Keys to Chicago asap for one of them to get treatment.  There was a fire that closed off the island for days and we couldn't get out.  With Jettly's help, they contacted the company and they agreed to pick us up in Marathon FL, which is in the Florida Keys so we were able to get him back home.  They made us very comfortable and did any awesome job landing in a very difficult situation with extremely high winds.  I have used Jettly twice now and will continue.  Thanks for staying on top of things with us and being easy to work with. Flight and crew was very nice. The 9H-YOU aircraft (Challenger 850) seats, however, are very firm… and not as comfortable as private jet seats usually are. That was a surprise. The European cabin service and snack catering is always superior to its American counterpart, and that was very nice.

We enjoyed the flight. We have made two round trip flights now, and we have chosen the same company, Prestige Air Group, they are Pros.  Lee, the Pilot, and Jack, the co-pilot, were excellent.  I highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Rob

We left two hours late. Evidently there was a mechanical problem with our plane.  We had to wait to bring in another plane. The aircraft was much smaller than we expected. My wife has a bad hip, had trouble getting in, out, and to the bathroom (which didn’t have any toilet paper). Overall, we would definitely not do again.
