JET CARD MEMBER BENEFITS AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: November 5 2026
The Jet Card gives you access to Jettly's global network of aircraft and licensed air operators at fixed hourly rates. You buy hours up front and draw them down as you fly. You pay only for projected time in the air — never for positioning or repositioning the aircraft.
Jettly arranges your flights. We are not an air carrier. Every aircraft is operated by an independent, certified air operator who holds operational control of the flight.
A one-time enrolment fee applies to Tiers 1–3 and is quoted when you join. There is no enrolment fee on the Unlimited card, and no annual fee on any tier.
Your hours never expire. There is no long-term commitment — top up whenever you choose, at the rates current at that time.
Point-to-point billing. Each leg is billed against your aircraft's fixed hourly rate on the projected flight time estimated by the operator at the time of booking. No ferry fees, no empty-leg repositioning charges.
Fixed flight time. The projected flight time quoted to you at booking is what you pay and what comes off your balance, fixed at confirmation. If the flight runs long you pay nothing more; if it runs short it isn't credited back. Clause 5 sets out how this works.
A personal flight coordinator, backed by a 24/7 flight success team whenever your coordinator is off shift.
$200 catering credit per flight leg, redeemable through Jettly Eats up to 24 hours before departure. Unused credit stays in your account for a future flight. Order beyond the credit and the difference is yours.
Executive car service to or from the airport for you and your party, within 50 miles. There's no cap on the number of vehicles — tell us the size of your group and we'll arrange what you need.
Complimentary helicopter transfers through our BLADE partnership, available at BLADE-served locations and limited to their scheduled charter and by-the-seat routes.
De-icing covered. No de-icing charges on any Jet Card flight, whatever the conditions.
Landing and ramp fees included. They're built into your fixed hourly rate rather than billed at cost after the flight.
Recovery aircraft. If an aircraft goes mechanical mid-itinerary, we source a replacement at no cost to you. If none is available, we cover commercial tickets as a future flight credit, arrange private ground transport, or cover a hotel stay where one is needed.
Empty leg preferred pricing on jets, turboprops and helicopters, at a fraction of the full hourly rate.
5% flexible departure discount, requested in advance, when you give us a 72-hour window — 24 hours either side of your preferred date. We'll never book you onto a departure you haven't approved.
Simultaneous departures. Charter multiple aircraft at once, on separate itineraries, subject to availability.
Shared flights, shuttle seats and cost splitting. Offer seats on your aircraft to other members, buy individual seats on shuttle flights to major events, or split a booking across your guests through your Jettly account.
Referral credits. Share your referral code and earn flight hours for every member who joins.
Request a flight by phone, email, SMS, live chat, the Jettly app or jettly.com. We'll present aircraft options; you confirm the one you want. Times and prices shown before an operator quotes are indicative — the figures you accept at booking are the ones that count.
Every trip depends on the permits, slots, PPR and NOTAMs it needs being granted. We'll tell you promptly if any of them threaten the itinerary.
Please be at the aircraft within an hour of the scheduled departure time. After that the operator may release it, and the flight becomes a cancellation under the operator's policy. If you know you'll need longer, ask us in advance and we'll put it to the operator. Where they agree, the aircraft is held at $800 per hour, up to two hours. The decision rests with the operator and a hold can't be guaranteed. This is a separate arrangement from the flexible departure discount above, and can't be claimed after the fact.
We select the fixed base operator for each flight. If you ask for a specific FBO instead, a $500 surcharge applies.
Aircraft are available first-come, first-served and can be booked by others at any time. We'll use best efforts to secure your preferred aircraft or a comparable one in the same class, but we can't guarantee any specific aircraft. If an aircraft has to be substituted for mechanical or operational reasons, it will be within the same class. Operators sometimes run floating fleets, so the aircraft assigned may not be based locally. On occasion operational constraints mean the flight is moved to a different licensed carrier altogether; we'll tell you before departure if that happens.
Tell us about your luggage when you book, or at least 48 hours before departure. We can't be responsible for bags that exceed the aircraft's capacity.
Membership fees, enrolment fees and flight fees can all be paid by major credit card, wire transfer or ACH. Membership and enrolment fees must clear before your membership begins.
Flight funds are held in a segregated escrow account, separate from Jettly's operating capital, until released to the operator. You can pre-fund the account for future flights; any surplus is refundable to you on request. Escrow funds cover air charter only — not catering, ground transport or membership fees.
Taxes and fees (Federal Excise Tax, segment tax, international fees, high-density airport fees and similar) are added at quoting and are outside our control.
Fixed hourly rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted in line with CPI, capped at 2.9% a year. We'll send you an updated rate table when that happens.
You must be 18 or older. Jettly may accept or decline any application at its discretion and without giving reasons. If we decline, we refund your fees in full. All information you give us must be accurate and kept current; tell us within five business days if it changes.
Membership and enrolment fees are due in full on signing and are non-refundable once your cooling-off period ends, whether or not you use your hours. Hours are non-transferable and may be used only by you or your authorised users.
Any promotion, discount, credit or bonus hours we extend to you sit outside this agreement and don't vary it. Where one applies, it appears as a separate designated line item on your invoice, which records its value, its terms and any expiry. Promotions are one-off unless the invoice says otherwise, and we won't reissue this agreement to reflect them.
You may add authorised users to your Jet Card with our approval. Anyone added is bound by these terms in full, and you remain responsible for the account: for the fees and hours they use, for the accuracy of the information they give us, and for their conduct and that of their guests under clause 12. Tell us in writing when a user should be removed and we'll act from the point we receive the notice; bookings already confirmed stand. Where restrictions apply to the account under clause 12, they apply to every user on it.
Hours sit with the primary cardholder and flow down to authorised users. An authorised user can't buy or add hours to your card; if they want a balance of their own, they'll need their own Jet Card membership. Escrow balances aren't shared either. Yours stays yours, and an authorised user who wants to pre-fund flights can open and fund a separate escrow account in their own name. Flight-related charges are drawn from the escrow account of the user who made the booking. Where that account doesn't cover them, the primary cardholder remains responsible for the balance.
You may cancel for any reason within seven calendar days of enrolment, provided you haven't booked a flight. Notify us in writing and we'll refund everything you've paid, including the enrolment fee, within 14 days, by the same method you paid.
Flight times and prices shown on our platform, or given as preliminary estimates, are indicative only and may differ from an operator's formal quotation. Operators calculate their own estimates using their own flight-planning methods, which take in aircraft model and configuration, cruise profile, altitude, winds, weather, routing, air traffic control requirements, departure and approach procedures, and their own crew and scheduling practices. Estimates therefore vary between operators, between aircraft, and even between identical models flying the same route.
Your billing is based on the estimated flight times the selected operator supplies to us for your itinerary, calculated with a minimum of one billable hour per leg and in tenths of an hour thereafter. We present this to you as a single total billable flight time for the itinerary, with the charges that follow from it. That total, as accepted by you at booking, supersedes every earlier estimate and is the agreed figure: it sets both what you pay and what is deducted from your balance. We aren't required to present or agree a leg-by-leg breakdown, and the absence of one doesn't affect the agreed total.
Flight-time charges are determined and payable in advance and are fixed at booking confirmation. They are not reconciled afterwards against actual flight duration, or against flight plans, trip sheets, itineraries, scheduling systems, aircraft tracking records or other operational documentation. A difference between any such record and your agreed billable total, whether leg by leg or in aggregate, will not on its own produce an additional charge, refund, credit or adjustment in either direction.
Estimates or operational records you obtain independently don't displace the accepted booking quotation. We aren't required to provide operator quotations, flight plans, scheduling records, internal correspondence or other supporting documentation solely to reconcile a preliminary estimate, your agreed billable time and a later recorded flight time, except where the law requires it.
We will correct verified administrative or calculation errors, meaning an incorrect itinerary, an incorrect hourly rate, or a billing minimum applied incorrectly. Whether such an error has occurred is for us to verify. An error does not include a difference between an estimated and an actual flight time, between a preliminary estimate and the agreed total, or between the agreed total and any operational record, and a request to review one of those differences isn't a claim of error. Nothing in this clause limits any right or remedy that can't lawfully be excluded.
Air operators are independent contractors, not Jettly's agents or employees. They employ the crew and hold operational control. Jettly does not supervise crew and makes no warranty as to their qualifications. Concerns about crew or in-flight service should be raised with the operator, and your remedy lies against them.
All flights are operated under FAA (or equivalent national) oversight. We maintain operator certifications on file and can provide current third-party safety ratings from Argus, Wyvern and similar auditors on request. We monitor each flight digitally.
Operators carry the liability insurance covering aircraft operations. Jettly carries business liability and cyber insurance. You should review both and arrange any further cover you consider appropriate. Trip cancellation and medical or health insurance are not provided under this agreement and are available to purchase elsewhere.
Before a flight is booked, we'll change or cancel your request at no charge. Once booked, the operator's change and cancellation policy applies and fees may be payable — ask us for that policy before you confirm. Make all requests through your Jettly account. If an operator changes or cancels, we'll tell you immediately and source an alternative aircraft; operational control rests with the operator and neither of us can override a cancellation. If the aircraft becomes unavailable after your payment has cleared and we can't source a replacement you accept, you get a full refund of what you paid for that flight.
This clause covers flight fees only, not membership or enrolment fees. Refunds of flight fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the operator holding the booking. Where a refund is due, we'll pursue it on your behalf and pass it on to you once we receive it. Where an operator issues a credit instead of a refund, that credit sits with the operator and you'll apply it directly with them. Timing depends on the operator's banking and accounting, so we can't guarantee a timeframe. Once a flight has been flown it's final: no refunds or credits are issued after completion. Raise anything that went wrong with us and the operator promptly, while it can still be addressed.
You and everyone travelling with you are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any other documents the itinerary requires, and for meeting the entry requirements of each country on it. Entry can be refused even where the paperwork looks complete, and standards of utilities, services and accommodation at your destination may differ from those at home. We aren't liable for refused entry, or for any cost or disruption that follows from missing or invalid documents.
Our team will always treat you with courtesy, patience and discretion, and we ask for the same in return.
On board, please act lawfully and follow crew instructions. Harassment, discrimination, altercations, damage to property and any conduct that compromises the safety of the flight are prohibited, and may result in removal from the aircraft, suspension of your membership, legal action, or a report to the relevant authorities. You're responsible for your guests and liable for damage they cause.
Away from the aircraft, we ask that communication with Jettly staff stays professional and respectful. Abusive, threatening, demeaning or discriminatory conduct toward our people, in any channel, isn't something we accept. If it happens, we'll raise it with you directly first — most of the time that's the end of it.
If it continues, we may move your account to self-service. Your hours and your ability to fly are unaffected. You book through the Jettly platform, you request changes and cancellations through your Jettly account, and support for each flight comes from the operator of that aircraft directly. What's withdrawn is the concierge layer: your personal flight coordinator, and phone and email contact with our team. We'll confirm in writing when this applies and what it covers, and we'll lift it once communication returns to normal.
We reserve termination for serious cases, such as threats or sustained harassment of our staff. Where we terminate on these grounds, clause 13 applies.
You may terminate at any time by written notice. We may terminate for breach of this agreement or of applicable law; other than where immediate termination is warranted, we'll give you a chance to put things right first. On termination, fees are non-refundable and unused hours are forfeited, and you remain liable for operator and third-party costs already incurred.
Jettly's total liability under this agreement, however arising, is capped at the membership and enrolment fees you have paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including lost profit, revenue or business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
You will indemnify Jettly and its officers, employees and agents against losses arising from your breach of this agreement, your negligence or wilful misconduct, or your acts and omissions giving rise to a third-party claim. We'll notify you promptly of any such claim and cooperate in the defence at your expense; you won't settle in a way that leaves us exposed without our consent.
We collect and process your personal information to deliver the service, and share it with operators, crew and service providers as needed to fly you. We handle it under applicable data protection law, including GDPR where it applies, and under our Privacy Policy. You can access, correct or delete your information by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, where it's needed to protect safety or enforce this agreement, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Our hourly rate tables, the pricing and promotional terms on your invoice, and the commercial terms of this agreement are confidential. Don't disclose them to anyone outside your household, business or professional advisers, each of whom must keep them confidential too, except where the law requires disclosure. This survives termination.
Private aviation is private. Don't disclose the identity, itinerary or travel details of any other member, passenger or guest you learn of through a shared flight, a shuttle seat, a cost-split booking or any other part of the Program.
If something goes wrong, tell us first. Raise it with your flight coordinator or at info@jettly.com and we'll respond within two business days and work the issue with you and the operator. Most things are fixable, and we'd rather fix them than read about them.
Nothing in this agreement prevents you from honestly describing your own experience of our service, publicly or privately, or from reporting a concern to a regulator, and we won't ask you to take down or alter an honest account. What this doesn't cover is statements of fact you know to be untrue, or disclosure of the confidential information above; our rights at law are unaffected in either case. Don't use our name, logo or marks, or suggest a partnership or endorsement, without our written consent.
Jettly's software, apps, site, marks and content remain ours. You have a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service. Don't copy, reverse-engineer or resell it. You keep rights in your own content and grant us a licence to use it to deliver the service.
We'll try to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation between authorised representatives. If that fails within 30 days, either of us may refer it to mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed body, or failing agreement, the Canadian Arbitration Association. If mediation fails within 60 days, the dispute goes to final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under CAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, in English, at an agreed location. Arbitration is confidential. Each side bears its own costs and shares the arbitrator's fees. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Obligations continue during negotiation and mediation.
Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control — including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics and government action — provided it gives prompt written notice and works to mitigate. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration. If the event runs beyond 30 days, either party may terminate on written notice.
We may update this agreement and the eligibility criteria at our discretion. We'll notify you by email, and the revised terms apply from receipt of that notice.
Notices must be in writing and take effect on personal delivery, on confirmed email receipt, one business day after courier, or three business days after registered mail. Notices to Jettly go to Jettly, Inc., 14–604 Edward Avenue, Richmond Hill, ON, Canada L4C 9Y7, Attention: Office of the CEO, or info@jettly.com. Notices to you go to the address and email on your account.
If any provision is unenforceable it is modified only so far as needed to make it work, and the rest stands. This is the entire agreement between us and supersedes anything said or written before it, other than the promotional terms recorded on your invoice under clause 2. Our general terms at jettly.com/legal apply to you as well. Where a quote, invoice or those general terms conflict with this agreement on a Jet Card flight, this agreement governs. Jettly may assign its rights and obligations; you may not without our written consent. It binds both parties' successors and permitted assigns. It may be signed in counterparts. Electronic, PDF or facsimile signatures count as originals. Headings are for reference only.
