By accessing Jettly website, users agree to comply with these terms.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Jettly, Inc. (“Jettly”), and all customers and passengers (collectively, the “Customers”) for whom Jettly arranges, reserves, or initiates travel via one of Jettly’s aircraft operators (the “Operators”).

These Terms do not constitute a contract for carriage between the Customer and Jettly. All air travel is governed solely by the Operator's Contract for Carriage. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Operator’s terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Jettly's relationship with the Customer.
Jettly is not an aircraft operator and assumes no liability related to aircraft operations. Terms may be amended at any time at Jettly's discretion. Bookings are subject to the version in effect at the time of the request.
Jettly provides a platform through website, app, phone, and email where Operators make air travel available.
All air travel is subject to the Operator’s terms, not Jettly’s.
Jettly is not responsible for ownership, maintenance, or operation of aircraft.
No liability if Customer misses departure or fails to meet Operator’s requirements.
Customers are responsible for securing valid IDs, passports, and visas.
Customer must comply with all laws and travel requirements. Jettly disclaims liability for advice related to these.
Smoking is prohibited. Customers will indemnify Jettly for violations.
Customers are liable for all passengers they book for and must ensure all terms are acknowledged and agreed to.
Customers must comply with baggage limits posted by Operators or on Jettly’s website.
Jettly may refuse to provide further service at its sole discretion.
Jettly will attempt to notify Customer of itinerary changes but assumes no liability for failure to do so.
No refunds for missed travel unless provided under Operator’s terms.
Jettly may help arrange alternate transport but assumes no costs or guarantees availability.
If the Operator cannot fulfill a trip due to insolvency or legal action, Jettly will try to arrange alternate travel.
Members may request charters via Jettly’s platform; Jettly will seek quotes from Operators.
Customers pay a monthly fee based on their selected membership.
Members have access to flight success managers and service coordinators.
Members must pay Jettly directly for flights booked through the platform.
Payments may be held by Jettly in trust for the Operator.
Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of their flight requests.
Members must ensure the Operator's quote reflects their requested itinerary before finalizing.
Customers may only seek redress from Operators for cancellations or changes.
Jettly is not liable for failures due to events beyond its control.
Customers indemnify Jettly for claims arising from passengers' actions.
Customers and passengers indemnify Jettly for violations of any terms.
Carriage is subject to Operator’s Terms at all times.
Jettly is not liable for errors by third-party travel agents.
Jettly’s Operators are independent. Jettly is not liable for their conduct.
Jettly disclaims liability for operator delays, substitutions, or misconduct.
Jettly’s maximum liability is limited to fees paid to Jettly.
Customers select a membership and pay monthly for service access (not flights).
All flight payments must be made directly to Jettly.
All invoices are in USD.
No refunds or credits for membership or booking fees under any circumstances.
Jettly accepts credit cards, wire, ACH, and Bitcoin. All associated fees are Customer’s responsibility.
Jettly acts as trustee for Charter Flight funds under Operator’s terms.
Refunds for flights follow the Operator’s terms. All processing fees are Customer’s responsibility.
Funds are disbursed per the Operator’s terms.
These Terms represent the full agreement between Jettly and Customers/Passengers.
Delays or omissions in enforcing rights do not waive them.
Customer rights cannot be assigned.
Terms may only be amended in writing by Jettly.
Users may post reviews or media (“User Content”) and grant Jettly a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content. Content use may evolve as the platform changes. Terminating your account limits future use but preserves past uses.
Content may be removed by Jettly at any time. You may delete your account at: www.jettly.com/delete_account
You warrant that:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes must be brought before the Superior Court in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.
